As a leading provider in long-term care, Southbridge Care Homes is looking for a dedicated Nurse Quality Manager to enhance the quality of care delivered to our residents. This role is pivotal in driving quality improvement initiatives within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of best practice guidelines to ensure high standards of care.
- Oversee quality initiatives focusing on performance indicators.
- Collaborate with regional teams to assess and refine quality improvement projects.
- Conduct regular audits and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
- Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families to promote a culture of quality care.
- Mentor and support junior management staff in their professional development.
- Engage with external stakeholders to foster partnerships that benefit our residents.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory nursing experience, particularly in long-term care settings.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement processes and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
