Responsabilidades Clave:

Mantener altos estándares de servicio al cliente en la tienda para reflejar los valores, misión y visión de UNIQLO Generar ideas sobre cómo vender productos y aumentar las ventas Supervisar, monitorear y desarrollar un equipo para asegurar la retención y alta motivación Gestionar niveles de inventario y proponer soluciones que beneficien a la empresa Formar un piso de tienda ideal, creando diseños de merchandising visual efectivos de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y los requisitos de merchandising

Habilidades y Experiencia Deseadas:

Pasión por las personas y el servicio al cliente Título universitario o de colegio completado 2-3 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente, administración o experiencia relacionada es un activo Experiencia previa en gestión es una ventaja Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con capacidad para liderar, capacitar y desarrollar un equipo Fuerte ética de trabajo, mentalidad de equipo y personalidad adaptable Mentalidad abierta y analítica para impulsar procesos innovadores, siendo capaz de pensar rápidamente y resolver problemas de manera eficiente Capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio/tienda, lo que incluye noches y fines de semana Flexibilidad para reubicarse a varias ubicaciones dentro de Canadá a lo largo de tu carrera Los candidatos exitosos recibirán oportunidades de reubicación en Toronto para fines de capacitación
