About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at JASBIR SINGH BASARA. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and exercise.
  • Errands: Assist clients with shopping for food and household supplies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing medication and keeping track of appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
