About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Jaxartes Logistics Inc. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop Policies
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing policies
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Provide recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material
    • Develop and edit marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging
  • Prepare Written Material
    • Develop and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Manage marketing databases and systems
    • Coordinate marketing events and activities
  • Recruit and Hire Staff
    • Collaborate with the HR team to recruit and hire marketing staff
    • Develop and implement training programs
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries
    • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback
    • Provide support to the sales team
  • Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material
    • Develop and edit marketing materials
    • Collaborate with the design team to develop visual materials
  • Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Material
    • Research and gather market data and trends
    • Develop and edit marketing materials
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies
    • Develop and implement marketing research studies
    • Provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials
    • Collaborate with the design team to develop visual materials
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions
    • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns
    • Manage and maintain the company website
  • Develop Marketing Strategies
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and services
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing policies
  • Ensure Appropriate Business/Commercial Licenses are in Place
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing policies
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database
    • Manage and maintain marketing databases and systems
    • Coordinate marketing events and activities
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter, and Communications Materials
    • Develop and edit marketing materials
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff
    • Collaborate with the HR team to recruit and hire marketing staff
    • Develop and implement training programs

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience
