About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Jaxartes Logistics Inc. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop Policies
    • Establish and maintain marketing policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Provide recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material
    • Develop and edit marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging
  • Prepare Written Material
    • Develop and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials
    • Ensure accuracy and clarity in written content
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Manage marketing databases and systems
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Recruit and Hire Staff
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Ensure compliance with hiring procedures and regulations
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material
    • Develop and edit marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging
  • Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Material
    • Research and gather information to support marketing campaigns
    • Develop and edit communications materials, including press releases and newsletters
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies
    • Develop and implement marketing research studies to inform campaign development
    • Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions
    • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and sales
    • Ensure compliance with e-commerce and website regulations
  • Develop Marketing Strategies
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth
    • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Ensure Appropriate Business/Commercial Licenses are in Place
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Maintain accurate records of licenses and certifications
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database
    • Manage and maintain marketing databases and systems
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletters, and Communications Materials
    • Develop and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials
    • Ensure accuracy and clarity in written content
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff
    • Supervise and manage office and volunteer staff
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience
