Job Title: Lead Expert Wealth Management Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Expert to join our team at National Bank Financial Wealth Management (NBFWM). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to our wealth management advisors in the province.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of financial planning advisors, estate planning advisors, and analysts to deliver high-quality wealth management services to our clients.
  • Prioritize, hire, and fill positions in the team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the contribution of team members and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure alignment of strategies with national and regional leaders to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and partners to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team's expertise and knowledge are current and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial and estate planning or wealth transfer.
  • Strong knowledge of the wealth management industry and excellent understanding of the reality of wealth management advisors.
  • Experience in team management and leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and partners.
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written French) an asset.
