We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sterling Inn & Spa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
