Job Title: Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at K BHULLAR TRANSPORT INC.

Job Summary:

The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that tasks are prioritized and accomplished efficiently. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
