Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
