Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our team at 1700 Lee Chen Inc. As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies to meet the requirements of our establishment.
- Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
- Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible deals.
- Supervise staff and review quotations to determine the best options.
- Award contracts to appropriate parties and establish delivery schedules.
- Monitor progress and contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
