Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and team-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Physiotherapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and filing
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with the Physiotherapy team to ensure seamless patient care
The Physiotherapy Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assisting with patient intake and assessment
- Preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Providing support with patient education and communication
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
- Completion of a recognized Physiotherapy Assistant Program
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
The ideal candidate will have:
- Possession of CPR training
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
