Job Title: Bilingual Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Physiotherapist to join our team at Home and Community Care Support Services. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to individuals in the Renfrew or Pembroke area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and determining patient care needs, providing access and referrals to community services, and engaging with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide connected, accessible, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and determine patient care needs and eligibility
  • Provide access and referrals to community services
  • Engage with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current certificate of registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Related professional experience in a Physiotherapy role
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last six months
