Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management
    • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
    • Plan and organize operational logistics, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on operational logistics and inventory management.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as required.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in inventory control software and purchasing software.
    • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements
