Traffic Control Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Flagging Specialist to join our team at East To West Traffic Control Ltd.. This role is essential for ensuring safety and efficient traffic management at construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Medical Personnel: Collaborate with the medical examiner in charge to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Traffic Direction: Manage and direct traffic flow at or near construction zones to maintain safety for both workers and the public.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school or equivalent experience.
- Certification: Valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification is required.
- Location: Various outdoor settings, often in noisy and dusty conditions.
- Physical Demands: The role involves a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks and repetitive activities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must possess effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability: Dependability and flexibility are crucial for this position.
- Job Type: Permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
- Transportation: Candidates must have their own means of transportation.
