Location:Toronto, Ontario
Experience:Minimum 10+ years
Duration:Full-time
Required Qualifications:- At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Must have current and active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions.
- Must have solution lead experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementation projects with global organizations.
- Must have experience in integrating compensation planning and variable pay with Employee Central.
- Experience in supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions.
- Excellent understanding of global compensation/salary (merit, promotion, adjustments) and short-term and long-term incentive planning processes with business and individual goals.
- Ability to conduct business requirements workshops for compensation and incentive planning processes.
- Ability to work with global compensation process owners to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects and update requirements documentation, configuration workbooks.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for global organizations – salary planning, promotion, adjustments, budgeting, guidelines.
- Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Excellent communication/presentation/verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, namely, technical, business, and management teams.
