About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Impression Travel Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our travel programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of travel coordinators and other support staff.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Travel Operations
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure that travel programs are executed efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor and review the work of team members to ensure that it meets quality and productivity standards.
  • Client Support
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Team Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
