Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Impression Travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our travel department, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans and exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of travel team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their travel requirements are met.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient and effective travel operations.
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as necessary.
    • Requisition materials and supplies to support travel operations.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
