Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Impression Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel department, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of travel clerks, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results and meet deadlines.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a travel or customer service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
