We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues to determine labour cost, monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, and manage events.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, or 5-10 people, depending on the restaurant's needs.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Requirements: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and proficiency in English.
