Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage budgets to optimize profits and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Monitor and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
