Job Title: Bilingual Billing Administrator

At Dexterra Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Billing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and processing of customer invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collect and enter orders, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support billing and filing systems
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a billing or administrative function
  • Fluency in English and French is a requirement
  • Experience working in NetSuite or other similar programs is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in written and verbal business communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
