About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Claims Administrator to join our team at Randstad. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage insurance claims from receipt to resolution
  • Verify and validate claim information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims processing and resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claims processing and resolution
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or claims processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office
