Claims Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Claims Specialist to join our Claims team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our claims department, ensuring seamless communication with policyholders, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims programs, maintain inboxes, and ensure timely reporting and correspondence.
- Set up new claims correctly in various systems, including policy information, coverage, and loss details.
- Liaise with Underwriting as required and complete administrative duties within the claims department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma and/or equivalent training.
- 1+ years of related industry and/or claims experience.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, and ability to learn various computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
