Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team at ProViso Staffing. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based systems and infrastructure to support business operations
  • Manage and maintain cloud-based systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud-based projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to meet business needs
  • Ensure compliance with cloud security and governance policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with database technologies (SQL, Cloud SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, GCP/Azure Database Technologies)
  • 1+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), with at least 1+ year recent experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • 5+ years of experience in the use of CI/CD Tools
  • Unix administration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based DevOps tools and practices
  • Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools
