Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Astra Concrete Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and prepare concrete surfaces for finishing, including checking formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials.
- Apply and finish concrete to achieve the desired texture and appearance, using hand and power tools.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure a smooth finish.
- Level and smooth the top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
- Repair and resurface worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment.
- 1-2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
