Landscape Worker Job Description

NAMU Landscape is seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team. As a key member of our landscape crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut and maintain grass, rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and pruners.
  • Apply fertilizers and repair and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, and ensure they are healthy and thriving.
  • Transport materials and equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and follow all safety protocols.
