The Opportunity: Business Development Manager - Canada

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives in the Canadian market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Rexel's business development strategy within key sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B vertical market strategies, targeting businesses across Canada.
  • Identify and analyze promising sub-segments and markets for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management group to develop go-to-market strategies, encompassing product offerings and pricing models.
  • Design and implement effective sales campaigns across defined channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Account Managers across Canada, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Oversee the national sales funnel, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals and targets through the utilization of our corporate CRM system.
  • Directly manage the Ontario sales territory, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and prospects through various channels.
  • Negotiate key agreements with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
