Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on the status of repairs and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean and satisfactory condition, with all identified services and repairs completed on time.
- Verify the accuracy and relevance of department forms, menus, and pricing guides.
- Continuously strive to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanical principles.
- Previous experience in a parts or service department, or customer service role, is an asset.
- College certificate or additional post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Competitive hourly wage, starting at $35,000 per year.
- Two weeks of paid vacation, with additional weeks based on years of service.
- Monday to Friday work schedule.
- Group insurance plan, including health, drug, and dental coverage.
- Pension plan with employer contributions.
