As a leader in Reload Operations, Arrow collaborates with Class 1 railways in both the U.S. and Canada to manage and transfer products between truck, rail, and container shipping, ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers.
We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to enhance our reload operations in Surprise, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient transfer of lumber from railcars to trucks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating forklifts to manage various weight capacities (including those exceeding 12,000 lbs.)
- Loading and unloading materials from railcars and trucks
- Supporting inventory management (inbound, outbound, and on-ground) and maintaining accurate documentation
- Preparing load plans for railcars, trucks, and containers
- Conducting routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment
- Inspecting and verifying product conditions to ensure compliance with cleanliness and loading standards
- Proposing improvements in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience operating forklifts with a capacity of at least 22,000 lbs.
- Familiarity with loading and unloading goods from trucks or railcars is advantageous
- Experience in a lumber yard setting is beneficial
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A strong commitment to safety practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse environment
