We are a leading provider of homecare services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of the office, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
    • Manage the office budget, including procurement and expense tracking.
    • Ensure that the office is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and manage office staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
    • Prepare and distribute company-wide communications, including newsletters and announcements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
