Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the office is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure that all communication is professional and courteous.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the office budget, including preparing financial reports and ensuring that all expenses are accounted for.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure that the office is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that staff are treated fairly and with respect.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
