The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Establishing effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimating necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
