Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2121788 ALBERTA LTD O/A PAPA JOHNS PIZZA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is productive and efficient.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are prepared to our high standards.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, consistently delivering a high-quality customer experience.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our operations team.
    • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
