Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure efficient service and high-quality food products.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Maintain Quality Standards

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage Schedules and Reports

Establish work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.

Work Setting

Food service establishment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability
