Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2156148 Alberta Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the food service department.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
