  • Learn Metrie grading standards and categorize materials efficiently
  • Interpret sorting and piling instructions accurately
  • Capable of lifting weights up to 20 lbs regularly and 40-50 lbs occasionally
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and completion of diverse tasks
  • Self-motivated and focused on achieving company objectives
  • Work methodically at the pace set by the machine center
  • Utilize downtime for cleaning and organizing work areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
