Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience by offering personalized product recommendations and solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service goals through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Embody the company's values by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and change with accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to multitask and respond to changing situations.
