About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every client has a positive experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing product knowledge and building strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date on current product launches and promotions, supporting company initiatives
  • Cultivate a loyal customer base through engagement and relationship-building
  • Participate in visual directives, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Execute visual refreshes and uphold exceptional cleaning standards
  • Attend all scheduled shifts to ensure adequate coverage and meet company objectives
Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or sales experience preferred
  • Superior customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (exceeding 30 minutes)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
