Job Summary

Ruth`s VLT is seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service to customers
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
