Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's corporate goals and objectives.
  • Promote the company's brand and products through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute regional and global sales marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Define lead generation targets with the sales team and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on sales campaign results to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Use data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
