Job Summary:

The Municipal Group of Companies, a leading diversified organization in the Atlantic Provinces, is seeking a skilled Leadership Content and Program Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership development team, you will be responsible for creating and designing educational materials and resources to support leadership development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct analysis to identify gaps between current performance and desired performance, and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  2. Define program outcomes, learning outcomes, and learning objectives, and create instructional materials to meet these objectives.
  3. Design and develop assessment tools to measure learner understanding and evaluate program effectiveness.
  4. Develop evaluation metrics to measure long-term behavior change as a result of program participation.
  5. Support the delivery of leadership initiatives, including program planning, implementation, stakeholder communication, and auditing courses.
  6. Design leadership resources to support individual, self-directed learning, including posters, lunch and learn sessions, newsletter articles, infographics, and leadership tip sheets.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest leadership development topics and practices by researching, reading relevant articles and books, and participating in development initiatives.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in instructional design, both classroom and online.
  2. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
  3. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
  5. A post-secondary education in adult education is preferred.
