Our business office is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. The role involves repetitive tasks and requires manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments through cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit
  • Operate cash registers and maintain computerized inventory systems
  • Promote and advertise products and services
  • Perform data entry and maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in their purchasing decisions
  • Conduct sales transactions through online platforms
  • Estimate prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs regarding merchandise or services
