Role Responsibilities:
The SchoolsPlus Community Connector role is focused on establishing a cohesive framework to link students and their families with essential services. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, coordination of services, oversight of a team, and fostering effective communication within the educational community.
Required Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent professional experience
- Eligibility for registration with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
- A minimum of three years of experience in managing social work cases
- Experience in supervising staff
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Compensation:
This is a full-time role with an annual salary of 66. For temporary positions, the salary will be adjusted based on the duration of the term.
Work Schedule:
The position entails seven hours of work per day (excluding lunch), totaling 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
