SchoolsPlus Program Facilitator for Community Engagement

Position Overview:
The SchoolsPlus Program is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students and their families by providing essential support services. This role is pivotal in fostering connections between families and necessary resources within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated service model that effectively addresses the needs of students and their families.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate services and ensure a seamless experience for all involved.
- Supervise a dedicated team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the educational environment.
- Engage with the school community to promote awareness of available services and resources.

Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Eligibility for registration with the relevant professional college.
- A minimum of three years of experience in managing social work cases.
- Proven experience in supervising staff.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Compensation:
This is a full-time role with a competitive annual salary structure. For term positions, the salary will be adjusted based on the duration of the term.
Work Schedule:
The position requires seven hours of work per day, totaling 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
