About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Strategic Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a professional finish.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls and other surfaces.
  • Wall Covering Specialist: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
  • Customer Service: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and coordinate the work to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Availability: Availability to start work immediately, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
  • Language: Fluency in English, and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
