About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Strategic Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and wall covering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Painting and Preparation
    • Prepare surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
    • Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
    • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Wall Covering and Decoration
    • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
    • Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings.
  • Estimation and Planning
    • Estimate costs and materials required for each project.
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Physical ability to lift and carry painting equipment and materials.
