Bakery Manager

At Wendel's True Foods Inc., we're seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to lead our team of bakers and pastry chefs. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
