Position Overview
The Recruitment Specialist will primarily focus on overseeing the complete recruitment process while fostering connections with educational institutions and organizations to enhance the company's presence and recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process;
  • Contribute to the recruitment strategy aimed at attracting exceptional talent for corporate roles across Canada;
  • Manage the recruitment of interns in Quebec for all company services;
  • Utilize social media platforms to advertise job openings within the organization (LinkedIn and Facebook);
  • Establish partnerships with various educational institutions and organizations;
  • Represent the organization at events such as career fairs and job expos;
  • Engage in networking activities to enhance the company's employer brand;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Technical Expertise: With 2 years of experience in recruitment, you possess a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and trends;
  • Interpersonal Skills: You thrive on human interaction and networking. Your bilingual communication abilities in French and English, along with your vibrant personality, enable you to build trusting relationships with clients and partners;
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, you excel at organizing your schedule to achieve set objectives and meet deadlines;
