Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the complete recruitment process, collaborating closely with management to attract outstanding talent and facilitate the company's expansion. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent negotiation capabilities, and the aptitude to cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment cycle
- Enhance efficiency in staffing and candidate experience
- Execute job promotion strategies and explore specialized platforms
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing and interviews
- Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate staffing requirements
- Build relationships with department heads and support talent acquisition initiatives
- Expand a talent network and serve as a representative for the organization
- Contribute to talent management projects and initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- A minimum of three years of recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational and observational capabilities
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure
- Fluency in both English and French, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Mac systems and Google tools is a plus
