The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Consultant to join our team in Kitchener. As a Sales and Service Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their mobility needs and provide solutions that make life accessible for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a Motion customer experience by ensuring the needs of our clients are met and that we fulfill our promise to make life accessible.
  • Drive business by researching, making cold calls, and expanding our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Train and be trained by our technicians to learn the functionality of our devices and gain comfort with the basic mechanics.
  • Create and document sales leads and client details in our CRM.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales and service position.
  • Construction skills and ability to use a range of tools and equipment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage clients in a meaningful way to ensure their individualized needs are met.
  • Flexibility to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the region.
